Processing Times

As a small independent business, we aim to prepare and dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days of receiving your order.

Personalised or made-to-order treasures may take a little longer to prepare. If additional time is needed, this will be clearly stated in the product description or communicated to you.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

UK Delivery

All orders are sent using Royal Mail Standard Delivery (Second Class).

Royal Mail aims to deliver within 2–3 working days after dispatch, although delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside
